PRICES • Prices are subject to change without notice • Prices are manufacturers suggested retail price (C); distributor may selt for less • Tax will be added to invoice where applicable. ORDERS • All orders to be submited in writing and are acknowledged by fax usually within 24 hours. Any discrepancies should be corrected on the acknowledgement and faxed to Customer Service. • Due to the nature of made to order merchandise, we reserve the right to over or under ship by 5% of the ordered quantity. • Orders calling the EXACT QUANTITY are subject to 5% premium. • Cancelled orders will be invoiced for work completed up to cancellation. SHIPPING • Our preferred carrier for outbound freight is UPS™; include account number and contact info should the order call for an alternate carrier. • FOB (Toronto factory). Orders are shipped prepaid; shipping costs plus a nominal handling fee are added to the invoice. • We reserve the right to choose and invoice accordingly 1 or 2 day air service over ground service to meet in hands requirements CREDIT • 2% 10 net 30 days for established customers. Deposit of 50% is required for new customers. • Visa or MasterCard are accepted (early payment cash discount does not apply to all credit card payements). • NSF payments automatically cancel credit priveledges; $30 (x) bank free added to new balance. DELIVERY • Expressed in business days starting on the day after art or sample approval. • Consult Customer Service for RUSH orders (note that a Rush charge may apply) CLAIMS • Inspect goods upon receipt; claims dating more than 30 days from the date of receipt will not be considered. • Claims for goods damaged or missing in transit are to be made against the carrier. • Distributor is liable for merchandise produced according to approved artwork. • Returns must be authorized or they will be refused. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY • We assume the distributor has permission from the owner of trademarked, copyrighted registered or licensed property to reproduce said properties and any claims resulting from unauthorized usage will be the distributors responsability exclusilvely. • Royalties or licence fees are the distributor’s responsibility. SAMPLING • Samples are invoiced at each product’s listed rate; sampling fees are depending on quantity approved for production, EEP will credit all or a portion of charges (less transportation) • Sampling charges do not include transportation. WARRANTY • We warrant our parts to be free of any manufacturing defect and should retain their function for 1 year as long as they are used for their intended purpose. DEAR CUSTOMERS • Due to the value of the US dollar vs. the Canadian dollar, we must increase our prices for all goods supplied to US customers.
